Location: Sossenheim (near Frankfurt am Main)

Your tasks:

• Monitoring: The data center is your world - you always have a complete overview what happening. With regular inspection rounds, you check the infrastructure on site and always keep an eye on all security-relevant aspects.

• Alarm tracking: Modern security and reporting systems actively support you. When alarms are received, you analyze the situation quickly and purposefully, assess the relevance of the report and initiate the necessary next steps if required.

• Access control: You control who is allowed to enter the data center - whether employees, service providers or visitors. You check existing access authorizations, register new access conscientiously and create temporary badges in the system. As everything is done digitally, your technical understanding will come in handy.

• Accompanying visitors: Not everyone knows their way around the data center - you do! That's why you accompany technicians or external guests safely and competently to their destination and ensure that no one gets lost or moves around unattended in sensitive areas.

• On-site communication: With your calm and professional demeanor, you are often the first point of contact for customers and visitors. You communicate in a respectful, clear and service-oriented manner - and perhaps even in several languages.

• Support & helpfulness: You are on hand when spontaneous support is needed - be it for a special task or as a helping hand in everyday life. Our customers and colleagues can always rely on your commitment and team spirit.
